Tithing

"For where your treasure is,
there your heart will be also."

Matthew 6:21

"So let each one give as he purposes in his heart."

2 Corinthians 9:7

The principle of tithing is a blessing from God.  The first place in Scripture where tithing is mentioned is in Genesis 14:20 where it is recorded that Abraham gave a tithe to Melchizedek, the king of Salem in gratitude for a battle that Abraham won. Tithing (which means 10%) is a way for us to acknowledge our appreciation to God for supplying our needs and comes with blessings and benefits (Malachi 3:10). Most often, a person tithes to a ministry that he or she supports and receives spiritual support from (a church or other ministry).   God has always blessed Victory Fellowship and supplied our needs in miraculous ways.  We teach and encourage tithing, not for our benefit, but for yours, knowing that it provides a means by which God can bless you.  Please contact us if you would like to know more about this important act of worship and devotion to God.

If God is leading you to support VFC with your financial gifts, we have provided a number of convenient ways to do so.
