Ministry Leaders

After many years performing a variety of jobs, Pastor Sonny felt the call to ministry and has been serving in Christian ministry for nearly thirty years.   He and his wife Myrna founded Victory Fellowship Church in 2007 with a group of like-minded believers committed to following Christ.  In January 2024, the church conferred on him the title Pastor Emeritus. 

Tim joined Victory in June 2020 as Associate Pastor. The church elected him to serve as senior pastor beginning January 2o24. He and Amy have over thirty years of pastoral ministry experience.  Amy, in addition to serving as Victory's choir director, is a reading specialist at Wilbur S. Pence Middle School in Dayton.  Tim and Amy have two adult children, Tyler and Caitlin.  

Rick serves as board chair and works as right-way-agent for the city of Harrisonburg.  

Josh serves as board vice-chair and is a first generation auctioneer and owner, operator, founder of Allied Auctioneers & Associates. 

Maxine serves as church treasurer and owns her own certified public accounting firm. 

As chair of the house committee, Elaine is in charge of use of the church facilities.
