The Infinite Love of God

The greatest thing, the hardest thing for us to comprehend is the infinite love of God.  The biggest and most incomparable thing that I will ever experience is the love of God.  It's all because of Jesus Christ our Lord.  There's always going to be a region beyond our understanding when it comes to God's love and because of this there will always be new surprises regarding the height, the length, the breadth and the depth of God's love.  It's a love that surpasses all human knowledge and understanding. . . When we were children, we learned our A,B,C's.  And in learning the alphabet, we found that these letters made up words. Those words make up languages; more words than we can comprehend.  That's the way it is with God's love.  It just goes on and on and on and on.  Just like everything we say and write depends on the alphabet, everything hinges on God's love.  (From the sermon, "The Dimensions of God's Love," March 6, 2022).
